Rewalsar Lake Hail to the louts in the lake

Rewalsar is in Mandi district at 4,100ft just 21 kms south west of district Mandi.Rewalsar is 152 kms from shimla and 427 kms from delhi. Apart from visiting the many places of worship,you can take a stroll around the lake and vist the zoo.Pick up the Tibetan crafts like brass,copper and silver lamps,junk jewellery,prayer beads,woollen mittens and shawls on your walk.one can trek to Sarkidhar(7 kms).further on,at a distence of 2 Kms lies the Ugartala Temple,also known as Nano Devi Temple.Best time to visit rewalsar is from mid sepetmber to mid –November.for the sisu fair,visit in February and March.
